1 Cup of Greek plain yogurt
1 Cup of flour. (you can use 1/2 & 1/2 mixture of whole wheat and white flour )

mix the yogurt & flour in a bowl until it starts to form into a ball. Then place it on a lightly floured surface and knead a few times until it is smooth.
