3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie (Gluten Free)

This recipe whips up fast and really works and is naturally gluten free. It also happens to be one of the first recipes I learned as a child.

1 Cup Creamy or Chunky Peanut Butter
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Egg
Mix all three ingredients together until well combined. Using two spoons create small dough balls and place them on a greased cookie sheet. Use a fork to flatten the cookies slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Note the bottom of these cookies tend to burn very easily.
