1 cup quinoa rinsed
Optional Additions
4 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 squeeze liquid stevia extract can sub honey, brown sugar, etc.

1/4 cup wild blueberries
1 apple chopped
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
