2 medium apples, cored & diced
1 flax egg (or 1 large egg white if not vegan)
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup brown rice syrup
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 cup GF rolled oats
3/4 cup brown rice flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
dash of sea salt

For the drizzle:
2 tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter
1.5 tbsp warm water
1 packet truvia sweetener
