Apple Pie Moonshine

Apple Pie Moonshine is like apple pie in a glass. Delightful and refreshing! A fantastic idea for a hostess gift!

2 Gallons apple cider (can use 1.5 gal. cider + .5 gal. apple juice)
1 Cup granulated sugar
1 Cup dark brown sugar
8 cinnamon sticks
1 Tablespoon ground cloves
1 Bottle (750 ml.) Everclear
1 Bottle (750 ml.) Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
