Award Winning Lemon Cookies

These lemon cookies are simply delicious, and very addicting! If you love lemon, it's hard to eat just one!

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling
