This is an easy and healthy dessert to make and it’s perfect for summer and fall! The natural, sweet juices of the apple really make this dessert so tasty! It’s pretty much a “hands off” dessert because it’s cooking takes place in the crock pot the entire time. “A sweet, nutritious snack!” says my husband! I hope you enjoy!

4-6 apples of your choice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar

Core the apples.
Mix the brown sugar and oatmeal together.
Fill the apples to the brim with the brown sugar mixture.
