Baked Honey Sesame Chicken

Honey Sesame Chicken is mostly cooked in Chinese Cuisines where chicken pieces are de-bonned, battered and then deep fried. The sauce is prepare from corn starch, vinegar, chicken broth , and honey. While serving, crispy fried chicken is coated with this sauce and topped with sesame seeds which are either toasted or untoasted. Ingredients:
•1 Lb or 453 Grams chicken breasts
•1 Tablespoon black pepper powder
•1 Teaspoon Salt
•1/2 Cup bread crumbs
•Sesame seeds for sprinkling on top
•About a tablespoon of Oil for drizzling
Ingredients for Sauce:
•1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
•1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper powder(Or red chili powder)
•3 Garlic cloves Minced
•1 Tablespoon grated ginger
•3/4 Cup Honey
•1/3 Cup low sodium soy sauce
•1/2 Cup water
•2 Tablespoon cornstarch(Prepare using 2 tablespoon water in 2 tablespoons of corn flour)
•1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar

Wash and cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
Sprinkle oil on top and mix.
Sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Mix well.
Coat them well with breadcrumbs.
