16 ounces spaghetti ( uncooked )
4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup ricotta cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese ( softened )
3/4 cup half and half
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated ( divided )
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
3 clove(s) garlic ( minced )
to taste salt and pepper


For the sauce

1    teaspoon    oil
1    onion ( diced )
1    pound    italian pork sausage
23 1/2    ounce    spaghetti sauce
salt and pepper    to taste    basil ( fresh, for garnish, optional )
