Baked Steak and Cheddar Taquitos

I am loving all of the steak recipes right now! Whenever I eat steak, it brings back so many memories of my Dad grilling on a hot summer day. Sad as it is… we don’t have a grill right now, so I find ways to cook my steak other ways beside the grill. If you love steak, you are going to love these Steak and Cheddar Taquitos.

2 cups cooked steak, cut in bite-size pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine the cooked steak, cheese, salsa, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
Spread 2 heaping spoonfuls of steak mixture in the center of the tortilla....
