Baked Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

I always order sweet potato fries when we go out to dinner. I love the flavor and feel a little less guilty about eating them than regular fries! I decided I would attempt to make them at home but didn't want to fry them. That is when this little recipe was born! They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them absolutely delicious!

3-4 medium sized sweet potatoes
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 Tablespoon corn starch
