Balkan Goulash

Goulash is an all-purpose and easy to make beef sauce seasoned with paprika. Perfect over rice, pasta or quinoa.

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion
1 pound chuck tender steak (or other beef chunk)
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons paprika
2 sticks celery (optional)
2 large carrots
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Heat up olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Top with minced onion. Dice beef into larger chunks and place on top of the onion. Do not mix. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add paprika, salt and pepper. Simmer...
