I know that pork chops tend to be tough and sometimes not very good when they are cooked, but this marinade leaves them so moist, tender and full of flavor that you will never go back to preparing them any other way.

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley (or 1 Tbsp dried parsley)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 boneless pork chops (about 1" thick)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley (or 1 Tbsp dried parsley)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 boneless pork chops (about 1" thick)
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients. Once mixed together, add pork chops. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 8 hours (or overnight- the longer you marinade, the better...
