Banana Bread with Cream

This is a delicious dessert. Step up your banana bread with a center filled with cream. It's moist, light, and delicious.

1/2 c. Crisco or Canola oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. buttermilk (can be substituted with plain yogurt)
3-4 large bananas, ripe
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream filing

1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/3 c. cold water
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
2 1/2 c. Cool Whip
