Banana Flax Seed Bread

Banana bread made with flax seed meal and topped with a crunchy walnut streusel topping.
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup ground flax seed
? cup mashed bananas, roasted (about 2 small bananas)
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
¼ cup granulated white sugar
¼ cup canola oil
2 eggs
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
For the topping
2 Tbs light brown sugar
2 Tbs all-purpose flour
2 Tbs unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
