These Potatoes are a family favorite. They can be a bit labour intensive however you will be happy in the end MMMMMMM

8-12 Potatoes washed (not peeled)
6 Table Spoons of ketchup
2 Teaspoons of Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Chili Powder ( I always add a bit more for some more kick)
1/2 cup of melted butter

1/2 cup of melted butter
Pre-Heat oven to 450
Clean and cut Potatoes into wedges place in deep large pan (I would pre-spray with cooking spray)
Melt Butter and mix all ingredients together to make sauce.
Coat Potatoes 1/4 of the sauce
Put in oven for 20min
Take out and repeat Coat potatoes with sauce put back in oven for 20min
You want to do this for about an hour or an hour 15 depending on how many potatoes you used and how large they were.
I like my really saucy so I always add a bit extra of everything to make sure that I have really saucy potatoes
