The Best Corn Dip is a delicious dip that stands out from others. It's creamy and cheesy with a little spice!

4 cans of Green Giant Mexican Corn,
2 cans of Ro-tel, 1 hot
1 can green chilies
1 lime
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 jar of lime mayonnaise (Best Foods orange lid)
1 & 1/2 pound of Mexican blend cheese
2 cans of Ro-tel, 1 hot
1 can green chilies
1 lime

1/2 jar of lime mayonnaise (Best Foods orange lid)
1 & 1/2 pound of Mexican blend cheese
Make sure to drain all cans.
Just mix and it is ready to go, refrigerate. It’s better if you make it a couple hours before.
Serve with tortilla chips or spread on crackers.
