Make your kitchen smell like a candy kitchen with this caramel goodness. A fantastic recipe for caramel corn where ever popcorn kernel gets a coating of caramel. This recipe is great for any holiday or movie night.

6 quarts popped popcorn
vegetable oil
1 cup cashews
1 cup pecans
2 cup peanuts
2 sticks butter, melted
2 cups brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
