Birthday Cake Truffle Bars

These Birthday Cake Truffle Bars have a shortbread bottom, Oreo truffle filling and creamy vanilla frosting. And lots of sprinkles, of course!

2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter, very softened
1/2 cup sprinkles, divided
1 package (15.25 ounces) Oreos, vanilla birthday cake flavor
1 8 ounce block of cream cheese, softened
1 tub Pillsbury vanilla frosting
