Ingredients

3 eggs ( large and beaten )
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons butter
3 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes ( halved and divided )
1/2 cup pesto ( sun-dried tomato pesto )
1/4 cup basil ( fresh and roughly chopped )
4 ounces mozzarella cheese ( mozzarella pearls )
3 tablespoons Vinegar, balsamic
1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
to taste salt and pepper
