Blueberry & Banana Oat Muffins with Greek Yogurt are made with no oil, lots of whole grains and plenty of fruit. Easy, moist and don’t require a mixer. A great healthy breakfast or snack.

2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
¾ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup maple syrup
1 cup large oats
1? cup whole wheat flour
1½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 cup blueberries
