Blueberry Buckle Dessert

With summer in full swing you may find yourself with all kinds of awesome berries on hand. Blueberries, strawberries, peaches, raspberries! Here is a tasty dessert that will pair perfectly with ice cream on a warm summer day!

1 3/4 cups all purpose flour spooned and leveled

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 stick butter/8 tablespoons - room temperature

1 cup packed light brown sugar

1 large egg - room temperature

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup sour cream

Fresh blueberries - pint

1/3 cup sliced almonds

Confectioners sugar for dusting
