Blueberry Cheesecake Pancakes

These pancakes make you fill like you are eating at a restaurant. They are so, so good!

Batter:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups buttermilk
3 Tbsp melted butter
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Cream cheese topping:
4 oz soft cream cheese (I use light)
3/4 cream, whipped
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
