3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons macadamia nuts ( chopped )
1 tablespoon Canola oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 egg
1 egg whites
3/4 cup lowfat buttermilk
2 tablespoons butter ( melted )
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups blueberries ( fresh or frozen (not thawed) )



1/4    cup    coconut, unsweetened
flour brown sugar Canola oil 2    tablespoons    macadamia nuts ( chopped )
