Blueberry Muffins with a Cinnamon Streusel Topping

3 cups your choice of berries, washed, dried, and coated with 2 teaspoons flour
1 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds + 3 tablespoons water (do this first and set aside!!)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
juice of one small orange

6 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
-Combine all ingredients for the topping and set aside-
