6 plum tomatoes ( chopped and seeded )
2 teaspoons garlic ( minced )
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Vinegar, balsamic
6 basil ( leaves, chopped )
to taste sea salt
to taste black pepper
to taste parmesan cheese, grated ( optional )
1 baguette
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 clove(s) garlic
