314
Anything tastes better with buffalo sauce. Even non-veggie eaters will love these brussel sprouts.
4
1 lb. brussel sprouts
1 Tbl. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce (or other buffalo sauce)
1 Tbl. butter
2 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 Tbl. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce (or other buffalo sauce)
1 Tbl. butter
2 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
Preheat to 450?. Trim stems from brussel sprouts and cut in half. Toss with 1 Tbl. olive oil, salt and garlic powder. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how crispy you prefer your brussel sprouts.
Meanwhile, combine Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is warm.
Remove brussel sprouts from the oven and toss in hot sauce mixture. Top with feta cheese when serving
