Buttered Cheese Puto

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 cups Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cups water
1/4 cups butter ( softened )
1 egg ( Medium )
to taste cheddar cheese
2 cups water
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Prepare the steamer. Wrapped pot cover with cheese cloth or clean lampin to catch the water vapor.

Step 2
Combine flour, sugar and baking powder.
wet ingredients
Step 3
Combine egg, butter, milk, vanilla extract and water.
Step 4
Mix dry and wet ingredients.
Step 5
Fill 3/4 of the silicon molds.
Step 6
Steam for 11 mins. A minute before the time, add cheese on top.
Step 7
Best serve hot. Enjoy!
