Butterscotch S'mores Bars

I love S'mores Bars!!! They might just be my favorite dessert to make...they are the complete opposite of high maintenance, that's for sure. And these little ooey gooey butterscotch gems do not disappoint. When my friend's picky husband immediately said these were on his top three list of favorite desserts...it solidified the fact that I had a winner!

1 box yellow cake mix
1 large egg
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
4-1/2 full graham crackers
10-12 oz. milk chocolate chips
1 cup Heath Toffee Bits or butterscotch chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
