{Cake Batter} Caramel Apple Cookies

Delicious caramel apple flavor without all the work!

For the Cookies:
1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flour
2 cup cake mix
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup salted butter, soft
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg, room temp
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup apple cinnamon mixture
For the Frosting:
1/2 cup butter, soft
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
