Carrie's Chicken Pasta Salad

My husband and I love a good pasta salad, so I tweaked and experimented and tweaked some more, and came up with this!

2-3 green apples, cored and diced
4 cups of chicken breast, cooked and cubed
3/4 cup celery, diced
8-12 oz. Gouda cheese, diced
2-3 avocados, diced
2 cups red seedless grapes, cut in half
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 lb package rotini pasta
16-18 oz mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons honey
5 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon roasted garlic seasoning, optional
1 teaspoon Emeril's Original Seasoning

Cook pasta as directed on package. When the pasta is al dente, remove from heat and rinse and drain.
