This orzo dish is so creamy and delicious.

4 cups chicken broth
2 cups uncooked orzo
2 cups broccoli, steamed
1 1/2 cups Parmesan
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 cups uncooked orzo
2 cups broccoli, steamed
1 1/2 cups Parmesan
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the orzo and cook 8-10 minutes. Toss the cooked orzo, broccoli, parmesan, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Serve warm.
Note; Add some shredded chicken to make this a one pot meal.
