A warming soup filled with ham, potatoes, and vegetables.

2 cups water2 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar
2 cups frozen sweet corn
1-1/2 cup cooked ham, cubed
