1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. coconut oil, solid
2 1/2 c. white sugar
6 large eggs, at room temperature
1 t. coconut extract
1 t. vanilla extract
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, finely diced
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut milk
1 - 2 T. maraschino cherry juice
1 c. powdered sugar
