Chewy Oatmeal Cookies

You may think you have had the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies before. But you're mistaken. This recipe has been used by my boyfriend's family for 20+ years! Deliciously crisp bite gives way to a super chewy and delicious oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Perfection.

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
