2 tablespoons margarine, butter or extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
28 ounces spaghetti sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
8 ounces whole wheat angel hair pasta
