Add a tropical twist to ordinary chicken with this versatile salsa recipe

3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
1/3 cup flour
two tablespoons olive oil
pepper to taste
2 ripe mangoes
1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper (about 1/2 a pepper)
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
