The BEST Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Mousse Filling and warm chocolate frosting! This cake belongs on a restaurant dessert menu (and it's SUPER easy to make!)!

2 cups sugar
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
2 cups Chocolate Mousse Filling
2 cups Chocolate Frosting
