Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip

I am one of those people who can't resist cookie dough. I cannot make a batch of cookies without eating a good baker's dozen worth of cookie dough! It is a terrible addiction. I knew when I saw this recipe from Jewel Bakes that I had to try it out and boy was it worth it!

½ c butter
¼ c brown sugar, slightly packed
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
8 oz. cream cheese , room temperature
½ c confectioners’ sugar
1 c mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
