For the topping

1/2 cup flour

1/4 cup of brown sugar

1/4 cup of butter

{cold and cut into small pieces}

1 bag of Reeseā€™s miniature PB cups

{about 2 cups when crumbled}
For the coffee cake

2 cups of flour

2/3 cup of cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 stick of butter {softened}

1 cup of sugar

3 eggs

11/4 cups of sour cream

1 tsp vanilla
