Chocolate Pudding Peanut Butter Goodness

These pudding cookies and very soft and gooey filled with milk chocolate chips.

1c. butter softened
1/2c. white sugar
3/4c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
21/4c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
13.9 oz. instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2c. peanut butter
3/4 c. evaporated milk
2 c. milk chocolate chips
2c. semi sweet chocolate chips for top

preheat oven 350, mix all dry ingredients in one bowl including 2 cups milk chocolate chips; mix wet ingredients in another bowl and incorporate dry ingredients. using a icecream scoop, scoop out dough onto wax paper and press semi sweet chocolate chips into top and bake for 18 min.
