Yummy, moist chocolate cupcakes with salted caramel sauce inside, and a dark chocolate ganache frosting!

For the Caramel Sauce:
1 packed cup brown sugar
1/2 cup half-and-half
4 tablespoons butter
Pinch salt
3 tsp vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Ganache Frosting: Adapted from here
5 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
3/4 cup heavy cream

4 tsp light corn syrup
