A chocolatey melt in your mouth shortbread cookie perfect for any occasion!

1 Cup Butter, softened
2/3 Cup Icing Sugar
1 3/4 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 Tsp Vanilla

1) In a large mixing bowl, cream butter sugar and Vanilla, until light and fluffy 2) Add flour, cocoa and cornstarch, mix well 3) Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes,
