Caramel filling:
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. water
1/3 c. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup sugar

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
