Cinnamon Crescent Rolls

Crescent Rolls filled with Cinnamon and Brown sugar and drizzled with frosting. A Sweet way to start your day.

Dough
3/4 cups warm water (100-110? F)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup shortening
1/3 cup butter, softened and cubed
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 Tbsp active dry yeast

Filling
2 Tbsp butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Frosting
2 Tbsp butter, softened
2 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp milk
