Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

2 tablespoons instant yeast ( (fast rise yeast) )
1/3 cup water ( warm )
1 cup milk ( room temperature )
1 cup butter ( cut into small pieces ((2 sticks) butter) )
3 eggs ( large )
1/3 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
6 1/2 cups flour

Directions


For the filling

1/2    cup    butter ( softened )
Sugar, brown, packed 2 1/2    tablespoons    ground cinnamon
2    tablespoons    cornstarch

For the icing

2    ounces    cream cheese ( room temperature )
1/4    cup    butter ( room temperature )
Vanilla extract 1/2    tablespoon    corn syrup, dark
1 1/4    cups    confectioners sugar
