2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Ginger
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Ground Pepper
Sprinkle of sugar to top finished cookies
A) Cream together butter & sugar, then add molasses, egg & spices. Mix Well
B) Add flour & baking powder, mix well by hand. Place in the fridge for 1 hour
C) Preheat oven to 375F. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet, top with sugar
D) Bake for 8-10 minutes
