What could possibly be better than cookie dough, and cookie dough ice cream? A cookie dough ice cream sandwich! These are the perfect summer snack or dessert! Everyone will enjoy them, and they are easy to make! And the best part is, you won't have to be cooking in the hot oven with this frozen treat!

1 1/2 cups butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons milk
5 teaspoons vanilla
11.5 ounces milk chocolate chips
1/2 gallon cookie dough ice cream

Beat together butter, brown sugar, and sugar until creamy. Then add milk, vanilla and flour and mix until well combined. Spread half of the cookie dough in a 9 x 9 inch pan. Spread evenly. Freeze for 1...
