Cornbread Stuffing

This cornbread stuffing is, in my opinion, the best stuff ever! First of all it has the perfect consistency that stuffing should have, and it has cornbread in it, which makes the flavor out of this world!

12 slices of crusty french bread or regular white bread
1 8x8'' pan of cornbread (I use my favorite cornbread recipe)
1 stick Butter
1 medium onion, Diced
2 cups celery, chopped
4 cups low sodium chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
pinch of sage (optional)
Salt, to taste
