1 fluid ounce oil ( 30ml )
1 onion ( small chopped )
1 clove(s) garlic ( grated or crushed )
8 3/4 ounces button mushroom ( brown or white, 250g )
3 1/2 ounces spinach ( chopped , 100g )
1 teaspoon chili powder ( optional )
3 potatoes ( medium, fried and drained )
to taste Red Bell Pepper ( small and cubed )
4 eggs
1/8 ounce parmesan cheese, grated ( 10g )
to taste salt and pepper
